Down another pound! 😁

I'm pretty confident I'll meet my January goal (150 lb). Been staying under 1500 and keeping the runs up. 5 more pounds and my BMI will be in the healthy range again.

Body fat percentage hasn't really changed - how fast should one expect to see change there?
151.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1484 kcal Fat: 56.72g | Prot: 66.05g | Carb: 184.86g.   Breakfast: Sugar, Coffee, Silk Protein Nut Milk Almond & Cashew , Nabisco Belvita Pumpkin Spice Breakfast Biscuits. Lunch: Bell pepper pasta. Dinner: Chicken gruyere turnover. Snacks/Other: Flatout Baked Flatbread Crisps, Apple, GT's Organic Raw Kombucha (Bottle), Silk Protein Nut Milk Almond & Cashew, Coffee, Sugar. more...

Excellent!! When you run a lot it makes your muscles dwindle...so as you are burning fat lean muscle is diminishing as well...thus your body fat percentage hasn’t really changed. I suggest adding some resistance training to your program. 🧠💥🔥

Cardio gets a smaller you. Lifting weights builds muscles to a leaner you.
