Not sure why the scale hardly moved, I stayed within my limit even while going out to eat for davids birthday. It was really hard to choose their version of something healthy over the other things on the menu and it doesn't pay off in thr rnd! So frustrating. Maybe I've hit a plateau? Not sure what to do now. My yi is finally cleared up as of today so maybe if I eat extra light and get a good workout in it eill change the numbers on the scale. I've never worked so hard and done everything right and not had the results. Normally I cheat and all kinds of things and still lose more than I am now. Who knows. Maybe...hopefully tomorrows weigh in will be better.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
