Ok it was a rough week at times, but I tried hard to keep it together and it worked! :-) I still need to step up the exercise a bit. I'm hoping I'll be better this week!
147.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
