Must've eaten too well during the past 3 "feed" days. I'm back up to 161.5 lbs, up from 160 last Sun, March 10. Still, I'm down 5 lbs my first week. My goal during this next week is to get under 160. Today is my first "fast" day this week.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
