A small loss since Friday. I met my weekly goals last week (running and food related), so I get to buy myself some coffee or a book.

I'll keep going for another week or two to see the associated weight loss before determining if I should cut back more on the calories.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
