Ok so here we go again. Basically a new week now that the holiday weekend is over. Time to get back at it hard core. I've really got to stop taking it easy over the weekend otherwise I'm just gonna spend every week trying to get back on track. I do pretty good watching what I eat it's just the exercise part that I'm having a hard time keeping up with on the weekends. Hopefully I can get in a good groove and get these final 10-15 lbs OFF! It seemed so much easier 4 years ago. I guess it's true that it really does get harder the older you get :(
162.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear ya on losing weight and the weekends getting the best of you. I need to start planning ahead better for the weekends. I do so great all week and then Saturday hits and I'm not so great. Good luck finding your groove!

It is hard not to take it easy on the weekends but we just got to reset our thinking. Good luck to you and enjoy your day

I've been taking a spin class, and even though it really kicks my butt, I've been enjoying it. They offer on on Saturday mornings that I've been thinking about taking so hopefully I can pull myself out of bed to go to it this weekend.
