I am a 28 year old mother of 3. I have a 9 year old, a 6 year old and a 8 month old. I never had trouble with my weight growing up, guess I was always really active without trying, LOL. But ever since I started having kids it's been a constant battle. But since the baby was our last, it's finally time to get a hold on it! Weight problems run in my family and I don't want to be 40 years old and looking at myself thinking where did this all come from. I've always heard that it gets harder the older you get so I sure don't want to get any older and let it get harder, LOL. So size 6 here I come!

Pumpkin Pie for breakfast!
Oh this is awesome! I LOVE pumpkin pie and this will be a smart, healthy way to be able to enjoy it this season. Guess I'll be hitting the grocery store this evening. Smile

Sex and the Exercise Diary
I don't really have anything to compare it to but if you go to www.healthstatus.com they have a calorie calculator that has a lot more options than the one on here.

What aren't you carrying around anymore?
At 65 lbs lost, I've lost the size of my 9 year old son. It was so awesome the day I realized that. No wonder my daily activities are easier, I'm not lugging a school aged child on my belly, hips, and thighs any more, LOL

Do you / Would you take your kids into a liquor store?
I too see nothing wrong with it.. What if the woman was an employee of the store and that's why everyone knew her kids? Or like everyone else said, she could make that stop once a week or a few times a month and them still know her and her kids. I don't know if it's illegal or not in my state, I've never tried to take my kids in with me, but only because we don't usually keep liquor in the house, so if we're headed to the ABC store it's usually a special night and we already have a sitter. But yea I think it's better for her to take them in with her then leave them sitting in the car unattended. Oh and maybe they have several other people that live with them, maybe why she bought so much.
