I think I figured out my problem - I was using the 20g net carbs as an absolute when I failed to pay attention to the need for 15g of that to be from leafy greens. I don't really do leafy stuff, I take fiber supplements, so I need to keep net carbs to 5g or less.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
