Well, this Carb Cycling really works...low carbs, medium carbs, low, medium, low, high..etc... I've lost almost 10 pounds in the past month, and I've been getting stronger rather than weaker. I also just started BSN's HyperShred today, we'll see how it works out.
177.3 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
