OK, so I weighed in this morning...the scale went the wrong way! But...I did a little experiment. Since I know I only added a few new foods this past week (some which I KNOW I can't have, ever. I found out blueberries just make me carb crave!) but I was walking and exercising almost every day, I measured myself again. I may have gained 2lbs, but I've lost an inch everywhere! I'm going to attribute the weight gain to muscle and officially start OWL this week! Hope everyone has a great Labor Day (for those in the States) and have a great week!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
