I was insanely happy today when I weighed and saw my weight. It is coming off! I am very happy about that, I just wish it could be faster, but the gain was gradual, the loss has to be gradual too.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
