Just a little experiment... decided that if i KNOW its a fluctuation in weight.. i should see how long my body takes to "correct" itself. I'm glad i was right :)!
166.2 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

very good. I may b in the 160's after this cleanse is all keeps going the way things are going. Of course I will then gain back at least half if not more, but I will feel so much better and back on track.....I am coming for you Miss Lady. I am so excited...I see that dip back down. WHOO HOOO!!!!
