At the gym at 5:15 am... that was my punishment for gorging this weekend!!...i'm.... tired... so off to grab a small cup of coffee..

Purpose of today's journal was just to notate i'll be doing 1200 calories a day for the rest of the week. that is all.

Great job getting to the gym. I need to get back there and will. I ment to go today but all of my fym clothes needed to be washed so I did not make it this morning. Tomorrow! Have a great day

i wish i didn't go lol.. i would have rather chilled in bed.. but today is my new tattoo day!.. so i won't be able to go after work.

I like that - punishing yourself for eating bad...I do the same thing! 5:15 YIKES!!! So what's the new TAT going to be?

Its gonna be my kids names finally.. i have a tattoo (u can see it in my picture in the blue dress)on my right arm.. i'm gonna turn that into a tattoo for my babies... i've lost count how many ihave..lol.. so what's one more.. maybe two?? lol
