Sounds like a lot of weight loss, but I started a predominately juice diet for the next week or so. Saturday I weighed 210. Sunday 210. This AM 207.8 . I'm going to do this through Friday. I'll eat veges and a little brown rice if I really have a tough time not eating. Roasted cauliflower has really hit the spot when I'm hungry. Serve it over a little brown jasmine rice & it's very comforting and good. I'm guessing I'll be around 202 by Friday. We'll see!
207.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
