Did pretty good this week. A few little slip ups, but not enough to hurt me! :-)
148.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1922 kcal Fat: 39.07g | Prot: 92.11g | Carb: 231.89g.   Breakfast: plums, Black Cherry Nonfat Yogurt. Lunch: brown rice, lentil soup, onions, olive oil, tomatoes. Dinner: pickles bread and butter, ketchup, american cheese slice, whole wheat buns, lean grilled hamburge. Snacks/Other: Janice's Trail Mix, wine. more...
