Yesterday was hard yet again! Brad was here and ate sonic breakfast sandwiches and cheese sticks (one of my weaknesses) and had extras i could have easily eaten but I had to push through it! I ate what was in my meal planner yesterday exactly but I felt like I ate a lot. Also I didn't realize how many calories mayonnaise has in it:( I will be skipping that for most of the time. That's going to be hard to do!! Today's food planner is lighter than yesterday but has a decent amount of protein hopefully it will keep me full longer and give me some energy to get to exercise. I did a little strength training yesterday and chased and picked up and down my daughter all day. I also opted for standing for almost all of the day instead of sitting. Hopefully that extra activity helped a little!
