Okay after a week of feasting I officially feel disgusted with myself. Going to start fresh today. I WILL be under my RDI today. I can do this, I need to do this!!
104.8 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was worried eating however much I wanted would hurt me but I have kept it all healthy and my weight is staying the same. Haven't recorded my food in almost a week
