feeling kinda bad tonight, think TOM is right around the corner. I did do some weight training, but did not walk. Hope I will feel better tomm. Night Night to all!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
