Had a not so perfect weekend. Ordered Dinner Friday from Ted Montana's and got a ceasar salad with Salmon (which normally I get a buffalo burger so it is a better choice, I very lightly use any kind of dressing) On Saturday I skipped breakfast and ate Chicken and Rice soup (made from scratch) with crackers and bread (could and should've skipped those lol) and later we went to Golden Corral with friends which I definitely made spontaneous choices (which at a buffet is always bad lol) On Sunday I had one egg with toast, lunch was Bertolli Chicken parmesan and noodles. Dinner was a vegetarian, dairy free "melt". Basically Rudi's bread with Avacado, sprouts, tomato, red onions and some veganaise all "toasted" in a waffle maker. Surprisingly delicious!! Wow. So some really bad choices coupled with some good ones.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
