I finally broke the plateau I was on. now I'm 203. I have my adorable Grandson for 3 days. I made him lunch and mine too. Cream of Brocoli soup. I added California frozen mixed vegatables that I had already chopped up. Added 3 slices of velveta and cooked all together. It was good, but I just got a tummy ache now. Hmmmmm. it did not agree with me?
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
