My journey begins with keeping a food diary- keeping track of water (with a goal of 10 glasses minimum daily), exercise (move something), watching carbs but trying a 1200 calorie guideline.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

10 glasses? Go for it! I am not a water drinker myself..lucky if I get 3 8oz glasses a day.

Looks like someone has been slacking on the diet and exercise journals!! Try to fit a few minutes in the evening to enter your meals and exercise.
