Digital scale with clothes no breakfast (just coffee) after workout is 239.4. Gym beam scale after workout, no clothes, no breakfast 235.5.
239.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
