Have had the scale packed up for weeks for the great decluttering before our house goes on the market (this week!) It's gotten cooler here so I got out a pair of jeans a few days ago and they were so big on me! Last year they were very snug. So I dug out the scale and yeah, I've lost 3 more pounds. 3 to go to goal weight. I've been working soooo hard, and sweating buckets.
The stress has really gotten to me. And I've done my share of stress eating, but my indulgence was okra pickles, olives stuffed with garlic and fresh mozzarella balls! Would just stand at the fridge eating okra pickles out of a jar!
Looking forward to some normal life again some day!
