Well this week was not a good one. I actually weighed in 1.4lbs less than this yesterday but I knew it was too good to be true. Have to stick to my diet better this week.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
