CONGRATS! on your weigh-in today. I read your previous post... You do know it is a worthwhile journey, and that it gets better one pound at a time. This helps me to progress toward the big picture, hope you can benefit from it: Reflect at the end of each day... if you were better in any way, congratulate yourself and repeat it or improve it tomorrow. If you are not pleased with the outcome of the day, FORGIVE yourself, acknowledge where you went wrong and make a new plan / goal for tomorrow. Take it one day at a time... REALLY. You can do it!!! You are worth it! I'm with you all the way lady.
