Good good good. But I ate way less calories than normal yesterday. At least 500 less and I cannot do that consistently. But I did go to the gym. Still having trouble with night eating. :\ So happy for the weekend. My parents open their store this weekend. I hope I get to see it..We'll see as for today, only a half day of work and lunch with my love yay :)
315.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have problems with night eating, but I find if I keep myself busy (usually housework, or working out) and I dont just sit around watching TV, I dont snack half as much. Keep up the good work!
