Hi Tari!! Way to go!!! How did you lose 7 lbs in a week?? That's fantastic!!! I know you're getting the sleeve on Oct 9......I am having my right hip replaced on Oct 7. I have been unable to exercise due to hip and barely able to walk so it's been a struggle. I'm 66 and a year ago Oct I weighed 285....now around 221..... I want to be around 150. I wish us both success on our surgeries....looking forward to reading about your continued successes!!! I still haven't figured out how to add my photo here. I'd like to post a before and now picture. Help??

I just found these posts. I was doing low carb. Now I seem to be low carb and low calorie. I LOVE Fat Secret because all the calculations are done for me. Easy Peasy. I had thumb joint replaced several months ago and it was no fun. The best recovery I wish for you.

To post pictures I finally figured it out I think. Go to your home page on here. Upper left pull down and click on Photo Albums.

Tari, the only photo in album is pizza I took on FatSecrett. I'm talking abput uploading photos from pictures on phone. I have progress photos....I just can't figure out how to do it..
