Today i am going to really try and stay on track. its my Hubby birthday today so I know there is going to be a cake:( I will have a small piece. I will have to amke sure that i walk away ...lol I can and well do this:) I know that I will not be hurting any one else but myself if I do not stay on track......
226.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
