Yay for getting to the gym yesterday and staying within my calories. I was hoping for more of a loss. Stupid wall. Gotta get to the gym tonight though again. Need to make it at least 7 more times before the end of the month.

317.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
