Ok, so I have not been doing so well the last week. Haven't logged consistently, and snacking on treats a little too much. Back on track this week. Want to lose a few more pounds before a wedding near the end of the month.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
