1185 kcal Fat: 27.95g | Prot: 87.99g | Carb: 139.60g.   Breakfast: Light Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (14 oz), McDonalds Oatmeal. Lunch: cottage cheese, chicken noodle soup, rotisserie deli chicken, rye marble bread. Dinner: lettuce salad, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), pasta prima grilled chicken and mozzarella ravioli. Snacks/Other: swiss miss hot chocolate. more...
