Taming down my Nervous Energy, with green tea instead of coffee, cardio (today I felt like I was dancing at a rock concert), and PAYING ATTENTION to my emotions making sure I stay in a peaceful zone. 158 feels great! TOWANDA!!!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
