PS - you never did tell me what an orange taco is. And yes, I Googled it but got nothing.

Tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce then baked on a sheet pan in the oven for a couple minutes to dry the sauce. They are filled with re-fried beans, onion, and American cheese. YUM!
