I have decided that once I get this credit card paid off and get my safety fund built back up I will be going to the doctor to see if they can do anything about my feet/ankles. I am hoping losing some more weight in the meantime will help a bunch.

Fish - for whatever it is worth, my Sister had that problem and the doctor thought it was her lymphatic system. She gave up wheat and the problem went away almost overnight. Worth a try?

I think its more of a chronic acute situation. I slid on the ice twice a few days ago and I think that 8 inches I slid sprained some ligaments. At this point I have re-injured the same feet like 8-10 times now so it's probably developing into a chronic issue =(. I really think significant weight loss will solve the problem.

Oh My Gawd...Wear the shoes with the arch/ankle support! You wear those flat bottom ska shoes...You're as stubborn as a mule!!! <3 you lol
