Not losing enough weight in these last few weeks. Need to tweak my training program and watch what I eat. On the plus side I feel fit , healthier, better. By the end of march I need to be at my goal weight or else... February is the month to step things up. 3 kilos to lose in feb. definitely need to step things up considering I lost 2 kilos this month. Six pack here I come...
