how did you get such a huge weight loss I a couple of days?

I quit smoking. And i felt sick. So I avoid exercise and ate almost everything for two weeks. Ice cream, pizza. My stomach was full. Then I decide to come back on trace. Back to healthy eating and sport. In one day was running a lot and gym workout. So maybe it was food, not body fat. And maybe that was the reason of such significant loose of weight. I use fat secret for myself to analyse what is going on with my body. But usually it take week lose 1,5 kg.
