I have no idea why my weight has been going up. I’ve been sticking to the diet - no cheating - and not exercising too much or eating enough salty foods to retain water. Recording it because I’ve had 3 or 4 days in a row with an increased weight and when it happens again maybe I can come back to this time and see how long it lasted.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
