Don't know what has happened with the weight gain. I ran in the Lance Armstrong race yesterday. I guess I might have been extra hungry? Or it might be mhy . coming up. Who knows. Not the end of the world though. It will come back off. It may also be sodium.

Running in a race can cause a temporary gain because of the lactic acid in the muscles, especially if you pushed hard. Drink some extra water!
