So this is my first weigh in (and it's a better figure than last time I weighed myself back at Christmas when I was 161lb)
Anyway I've now joined the 5kg by Spring challenge, and if I manage to complete that I'll be just over half way to my goal weight - which is 134lb - which I'm trying to reach by 30th May - my 34th Birthday.
