Logging weight a little earlier than usual cuz I'm tired of seeing that "gaining 3.4 lbs a week" :) Really pleased to be back at pre vacation weight with in a week. So it can be done?!! Oh yes it can.

Love your new profile picture - the before & after difference is really noticable. So what program did you use to do a before/after? I want to make one but I don't know how to make my pictures be side by side? I hope your dad's test turns out well.
