I am so happy this morning!!! Started my diet this past Mon 8/9/10 and this morning I has lost 5 pounds!!!! I am so excited!! I have done so many diets in the past- including some really weird ones, but this time I just did it myself. I used common sense and took all the good things I learned from some of the better diets and made my own.

The best thing is I feel great, no weird side effects from taking pills or eating only 1 food group. I was not hungry, and did not really feel deprived at all.

This next week I am going to add in some excersize and hope that I can steadily keep loosing. I really want to make this my new life goal, to just eat healthy and be the best me I can!!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
