I don't know what is happening, this is my first in 8 months of dropping so much in a matter of days, and during my period! 🤔 I will still embrace it🤗lol
214.4 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
