Yesterday had atkins bars and pizza toppings and italian beef and two light beers and pistachios with some sugar on them... even though I did weight lifting, I put on some water. Health assess today. Need to get back on track.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
