I guess I've completely effed the first stage so far. I started using the Diet Calendar again, and it's helping stay within my 1400-1600 cal range. I noticed the big change from when I tried to stick to the low-carbs (no fruits and sugar) part that there was an 80g of protein difference.

16 Aug 08:
ate: 1413
exercise: 2480
calories burned: 1067
fat: 46.33g
protein: 23.30g
carbs: 229.39g

15 Aug 08:
ate: 1490
exercise: 2427
calories burned: 937
fat: 30.34g
protein: 110.03g
carbs: 189.04g

I should read the Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle book again... cause it tells me the ratio of Fat/Protein/Carbs I should intake to maximize fat-loss.

My new goal weight is to be able to fit in any clothes at any store. I find embarrassing that my weight can fluctuate to the point of being a Medium at some store (even a small in some really strange store) to being a L, XL and not even fitting in the clothes. I'm a Size 12 (or Size 11, I guess) but sometimes I'm a Size 14... I don't know if the sizes are getting smaller or what... Marilyn Monroe used to be a size 12... the modern equivalent was said to be a size 6...

I don't really care what I look like. I just wanna be able to go to fit in any clothes at any store. Then, I can stop feeling inadequate and fat.

Ya, you're eating too many "not phase 1 foods" to truly get the cravings out of your system. You'll notice a hug difference when you really do phase 1 and stick to it, the difference it will make not only in your weight loss but also in how those cravings are tamed! Keep using your food diary, it's the best way to help you figure things out as you're noticing and also for others to know where to offer any tips or ideas. Keep up the good work!
