scale is stuck this week been working hard..exercise everyday 30 to 1 hour and sometimes more...still trying to get my diet ironed out for what works best for me. Went to a festival for a couple days and withheld all sweet temptations...YEH for me and did lots of walking...
138.0 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
