Still doing poorly on recording food. I've decided that I will do a cheat day on a more controlled basis, like every two weeks or once a month. Last month was a little out of control.

Goals for this week:
Record food for at least half the week
Run 3x (one down)
Walk every night with at least one dog (going strong here 2 for 2)

156.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
