My son, DIL and grandboys are coming this weekend and I've been crazily working to get ready for them. It's been really hot and I have been doing a lot outdoors. Was still walking a couple of miles each day until I got heat exhaustion a few days ago, so I'm just going to have to treadmill it for the rest of August. Seems like I've been eating more, but all the exercise has me burning more calories all the time, not just while I'm exercising.

I'm so fortunate to love all kinds of healthy food! My husband has a fairly limited palate, and that makes it much harder for him, so I'm sympathetic to people who don't enjoy their diet. I find so many choices that are not just palatable, but delicious on the Mediterranean diet. Latest favorite snack, figs and fresh mozzarella!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
