Every ounce (literally) has been tough but at least they’re coming off. Mostly from calories burned from hiking. I have a wasp sting on my arm that has itched for weeks and is about the size of a silver dollar, poison ivy rash on my other arm, stinging nettles up both legs, tick bites on my stomach, sides, and ass and now chigger bites on my feet, ankles, calves, and arms. It’s been brutal.
147.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
