Ok So protein day worked to drop a few ounces and I am not at the do a steak day point. I am leaving for vacation early this morning and don't know if I will have a chance to log in much for the next week. Have a great day everyone.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2023 kcal Fat: 52.65g | Prot: 173.55g | Carb: 242.91g.   Breakfast: Konjac Powder, diet grape juice, Cabbage, Apples, Cottage Cheese (1%). Lunch: Chicken Breast (without skin), Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), diet grape juice, Cabbage, Konjac Powder, Apples. Dinner: Cooked Dry Red Kidney Beans, Brown Rice, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), egg white, egg. Snacks/Other: Almonds Braggs, Cottage Cheese (1%), Watermelon, Banana. more...
