Why don't you start measuring yourself. The scale is not the only devise used to deterime loss - and truthfully, to me, a tape measure and the way my clothes fit is a MUCH BETTER way to figure out how I'm doing.

2 POUNDS!! That's fantastic! I know you expected to lose more but atleast you didn't gain 2pounds this week. You're doing something right so keep it up!! Don't be hard on yourself and Congrats to the weight loss :D

I don't have measuring tape. I might have to go to Lowes for some LOL! Will Lowes have the measuring tape I need?

I would suggest stopping by Walmart or Joann Fabrics...I don't think they have the flexible tailor type measuring tape you need. I bought mine at Walmart for a few bucks at most. And I agree, 2 pounds is definitely something, and also a good steady goal to keep...I've read several articles where everyone suggests not losing massive amounts at once every week because it's that much easier to gain back and its harder for your body to adjust! Good luck!
